We are focused upon prospective Utica Shale development.  The Utica is producing greater volumes than the more well known Marcellus Shale.  Our proprietary geological evaluation has our company examining specific areas to market property for gas leasing.

Current news: Current global affairs are having an influence upon the global price for natural gas.  Here in the spring of 2022, natural gas is above the 4.00mcf level.  We are searching for landowners without a present gas lease or a lease soon to expire.  We also would like to speak with landowners with non-producing gas wells.  We have particular focus upon the Westmoreland County Townships of Bell, Salem, Upper Burrell, Washington and Allegheny.  We are looking out to the Armstrong County Townships of Kiskiminetas, South Bend and Plum Creek together with the Indiana County Townships of Conemaugh, Young, Armstrong and Washington.
